Geraldine Amaral, CTGM has been reading and studying the Tarot for over 25 years. She holds a B.A. in English and Psychology and an M.A. in Humanities. Once a high school English teacher, she left teaching to explore the esoteric world, and even studied with a Hawaiian Kahuna. Through her traveling experiences, living in unusual places, her study of various philosophies and religions and her education in psychology and the humanities, she has developed insights into the symbolic and psychological nature of the cards.She is very interested in the archetypal symbolism in both the cards and in Jungian psychology and through a series of creative and interactive workshops, she teaches people how to apply these esoteric principles in pragmatic ways. Her book "Tarot Celebrations: Honoring the Inner Voice" and her workshops explore symbolism in the Tarot and explain how to use the tarot as a tool for personal transformation.
